We believe skincare is deeply personal—and so is our commitment to quality.

At VIASKN, each formula is thoughtfully developed to honor Korean beauty traditions while delivering real, visible results. Because of the care we put into every bottle, and in order to maintain the integrity of our products, we do not accept returns on any opened or used items.

Eligible Returns

We accept returns on unopened and unused products within 30 days of purchase. To qualify:

  • The product must be in its original, sealed packaging.

  • You must request your return within 30 days of the purchase date.

Customers are responsible for return shipping. We do not charge restocking fees.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email sales@viaskn.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions for sending your item back.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, reach out to us at sales@viaskn.com within 7 days of delivery. We'll make it right.
